Two things. First, you and your family have really had a time of it lately. Sending peaceful vibes and hoping it helps. And second, thank you thank you thank you for all the fabulous Tim Walz posts. I'm laughing out loud and smiling. Great way to start my day.
Love this! We in Minnesota are ok with loaning Tim to the country, for as long as it takes…but just know USA, this is just loan. We expect him back at Home Depot giving up that #bigdadadvice as soon as he and Kamala are done saving democracy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, Marissa! The Harris Walz ticket is exactly what we needed. I'm smiling, I'm less worried, I'm happy! Let's make sure everyone we know is registered to vote. And if you know anyone who is on the fence — help them off that silly thing! Marissa, time for a Harris Walz cookie.
Absolutely brilliant! I lived in CT for more than 25 years and I remember once when we had to land in Newark, rent a car and drive to northwestern CT late at night and I though that was bad. You win having to drive from Boston. I'm a totally visual person which is why I hate phone calls (Facetime, Zoom are okay) because you can't see the person's face which, for me, is essential so I get a feeling of the person's credibility and sincerity. While most people can say things that aren't true, most people can't hide their facial clues. This is why when you listen to Anthony Hopkins talk as Trump's new best friend Hannibal Lecture, he sounds rational. But, when you see his face you know he's not at all rational. I loved the posts you shared but I especially love the side-by-side photos of Harris/Walz and Trump/Vance - these tell you everything you need to know.
Sorry about your trip woes. Glad you made it home. I am totally with the joy of the upcoming and winning election. All the swiftboating and horrid Trump remarks will never be able to drain the wealth of enthusiasm America is enjoying and the cautious breath the world is taking. We're all doing the work and planning celebratory parties for November 6th. By the way, did you know that Kamala is a cook. A really great cook. Google her, it's out there.
Oh honey, inject that Democratic energy right into my veins. My contribution on BlueSky: Tim Walz has an extra set of jumper cables that you can keep, just in case, after he is done starting your car.
Your travel woes are painful and we’ll all miss Bosco. But this post re Walz is pure joy! Thank you for sharing and am glad you’re home safe and sound. Cookies can wait.
Sorry but Walz is truly the wolf in sheep’s clothing. All this giddiness does not change his negligence during the riots or his promotion of child mutilation.
Oh boy, thanks for your post. I laughed out loud. Full size candy bars, the long explanation of hex nuts at Home Depot. An authenic really good guy with great ideas who unites not divides. So sorry about your trip and beloved Bosco. My father died on Mon, my mom died less than 6 months ago. Funny how life happens.

Thank you for this great post. More great cookies can wait. So sorry for your very hard few weeks.

You’re posts are recipes for joy! Thank you for sharing.

The best post ever! And, ya know, he had me at Geography teacher!
Geezus, Marissa, what a shitshow. I'm sending loving vibes to you and your family. Also for your next transition: https://www.valeriemonroe.com/artists#/the-strongest-link. 😘

What a miserable few weeks you’ve had. Big hugs, and thanks for the enthusiasm injection. 🙏🏼☺️
Thank you this was great! Glad to have these. It is a great vibe and refreshing to see Harris/Walz duo! Our dynamic duo!
