I'm not an attorney, but I cannot even begin to fathom why Judge Aileen Cannon is trying to nail down jury instructions at this point and why her two scenarios seem so obviously oblivious to the law and the Presidential Records Act. Any comments on this would be appreciated. I'd also appreciate any comments on what happens to any intelligence briefings when Trump is officially declared the Republican nominee when he's been indicted for his handling of classified documents, and what happens if a foreign entity bails him out with his bond. I'm seriously very concerned that out of an unreasonable sense of decorum and precedent, the current Administration is going to allow Trump and his team to receive the Intelligence Briefings - is there no way to prevent this!? Is there no one in the current Administration brave enough to put the brakes on this practice, given the facts that Trump and his team are traitors and a genuine threat to this country?
