So glad I found this. I think it will give me the spring feels in this muddy, grey winter we are having.
This I am allowed to eat ~ my Rheumatologist told me that my love of pasta is making my body unhappy & RA loved a pasta body. So I must break up with my daily dose of pasta!

I cant eat spinach. What do you suggest as a substitute - just more basil (yum)?
Yes! More basil and more flat-leaf parsley will do nicely!

What about adding chili flakes? Red or green?
I suggest red pepper chili flakes, and that you should add them in step 7.
