Yes, kettle chips are terrific. We especially like Cape Cod brand. And, I appreciate all your politically correct comments. That’s to say that you and I share the same outlook on the political situation.

We already ate all the cherry tomatoes in the house but we have some big heirloom tomatoes ripening on the counter. I could chunk them and roast them (I usually halve them, stuff with garlicky herby bread crumbs, and roast them, but there’s another farmers market on Sunday…) - or do you advise waiting for more cherry tomatoes??

Thank you for this article and recipe! This is my first read from you and I loved everything you wrote. If my budget wasn’t so tight I’d subscribe to you but I’m happy to share your thoughts when I can. 😋😍

Sounds like a great summertime meal. Yes, I look at Costco fruits but rarely buy. Way too much. I can't buy kettle chips. They're just toooo good.

I will make this next week, Marissa, so thanks for suggesting the roasting of fruit and veg here. As an aside, I've been using fresh, ripe peaches in lieu of tomatoes in salads of all sorts this month since, for the first time in my life, my tomato crop utterly failed and I have an abundance of ripe peaches.
