I finally got around to making your pumpkin-apple muffins and they were certainly worth the wait. I'm the family baker and we'll be celebrating my sister-in-law's mother who is celebrating her 93rd birthday this Sunday. I'll be making a Boston Cream Pie (although it's a cake) and I was looking for a second recipe to make and, as always, you've supplied it. This will be perfect. And, if you know why it's called Boston Cream Pie when it's a cake I'd appreciate being educated..

I am also anti-box baking, but maybe I can convince myself that buying the box at TJ's makes it okay???

Looks yummy! Sadly, we do not have a Trader Joe’s because apparently we aren’t cool or rich or something here in Savannah. But if I’m ever near one and shopping I’ll grab a box

Did you try sifting?

Bosco looks gorgeous as ever. Whatever his stance, whatever he's doing...

The other pic, to me, looks like overexposed (and why not?) to capturing a swirling storm on the majestic Jupiter...i don't need clear London skies, to see Jupiter...I've got a divine scrumptious close-up, right here from you. All I gotta do is bake, salivate and share/eat.

Mooochas tack så mycket...🫂🎄🙏❄️🧘🌌

Oh, Boy! Love, Love, love, all my favorite flavors wrapped up in these recipes. I'll make The Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies today, and the Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies soon after. (will use a homemade brownie recipe because I'm a glutton for punishment and a pastry chef : )

Just made these and they’re insane. Used the Trader Joe’s mix (because of course) and I don’t think I’ve made a more delicious brownie dessert ever. Thank you!

I HAD to make these. And since TJs is a block away I figured I’d do the full experiment. The peanut butter mix? Yeah, a quiet moment alone in the kitchen with a spoon was necessary. This recipe is just wonderful. I will make these again and again (and that’s just tomorrow!). Thank you!
