Pie making video? Yes, please. Thank you. On-demand pie making video? Even better. Don’t need stress of having to be on time for a scheduled event.

My mom was the Pie Crust Queen. She could make a pie crust come together with less water than anyone I've ever met, and they always turned out perfectly. Although I'm pretty darned good at pie crusts, I will never be as good as she was. Always the Pie Crust Princess, never the Queen.

I’m making this now. Since it doesn’t say to thaw the mangos and peaches I’m not going to but I am anxious!!!!!!!

Don’t be anxious! I didn’t say thaw because I didn’t thaw them! I tested it both ways and while both worked, not having to thaw them meant less having to plan ahead, and I’m all for that. Hope it turns out well.

This sounds so good! I’m not afraid of pie crust, even though mine are always ugly. I like the idea of a whole wheat crust, too.

Oh my you taken my favorite pie ever and it sounds even better!! I have a sweet tooth and I can and have eaten too much once in a while. The ONE THING I have to hide in the fridge is peach pie. Peach Pie with a big glob of whipped cream and I seriously can eat the whole pie. Oh course I feel a bit bloated after but it is WORTH IT!. It has been a while since I have done the above mentioned whole pie. The one you make would tempt me.

Gurl! This has become one of my dream pies 🥧.

My mother was an outstanding cook. Her pie crusts were delightfully flaky and never left behind on the plate.

Yes, please make a pie crust video.

How sweet it is!

My great grandfather was the pastry chef at the Waldorf Astoria. My mom could make a pie crust in her sleep and they were always perfect. I thought all this should come down to me, but alas, whenever I make a crust I feel profound disappointment that my heritage has let me down.

Did I read a potential for a live video geared towards us fear-filled, wanna be pie crust makers is afoot? Oooo....yes please! Years (and I do mean, years) ago, I would make lovely pie crusts using my Cuisinart processor - I always had the dough waiting patiently in my freezer for that "last minute" option. Alas, that machine has gone on to some gadget great beyond and I have failed at creating a flaky, tasty, easily created crust by hand. Admittedly, I have not spent adequate time with my efforts but a work study group would be highly motivating! Your pie is sweet inspiration!!

Ooh, this looks great! Step one: shop for any missing ingredients while waiting for the plumbers to restore drains and the city to fix the water pipes. It’s been one of those weeks.
