Hello all! Exciting news!
I have a real, honest-to-goodness contract to write a cookbook. I’m hard at work on The Secret Life of Chocolate Chip Cookies Cookbook.
Yup, the cookbook will be filled with recipe after recipe of every manner of chocolate chip cookie, along with stories, history and anecdotes about America’s (the world’s?!?!) favorite cookie.
I know the publisher saw what a great group of involved subscribers I have on this here substack, so I have you to thank for all your support and encouragement.
I’m developing recipes non-stop-a-go-go for the book, and I’d love to know if there is a kind of cookie or dessert that you’d like to see involve chocolate chips. Is there a flavor you’re looking for? A texture? A cookie technique you wish you understood?
