Hello! These look good, and by good I mean eat them all up in two days good. That’s why I’m asking if you’ve ever frozen the dough in bakeable balls to pop in the oven when you need a fix, but don’t want to overdose?

Yum. Ginger is the BEST addition to cookies and cakes :) I'm going to Vermont this weekend for a week long conference so will have to put off trying to make these until after I'm back. Thanks for the E Jean tea room photo!!! You do look like you're concentrating very hard taking that photo though LOL.
