I too have to have stuffing but mine is a classic bread, celery, onion, lots of sage and broth version. I also have to have made from scratch cranberry sauce. I can't wait to try out this pie/cake

Mmmm. My mom always made the back of the Ocean Spray bag recipe. The fresh version...and then she would add a generous tot of rum/gran marnier/bourbon, etc....

I made this pie/cake yesterday and it is delicious. My picky eater husband loves it and gives me thumbs up to make it again. My favorite is oyster dressing, something I never heard of growing up on the east coast. It is a fave here in rural Indiana along with home made noodles.

Love this recipe. I wasn’t watching the last ten minutes as closely as needed, and the top is a little dark. The pie/cake is nonetheless delicious.

I couldn't care less about the turkey, and as much as I love all the other sides, the stuffing is the standout for me too. Thanksgiving is really the only time that I make it, so it becomes all the more special. And even with gluten free bread, it's delish! I'm eager to try this very interesting cake pie too.

I have to have cranberries. Not the jelly with the imprints of the can 😳but simply prepared cranberries
