haha i had never baked a pie crust from scratch (mistakes were made along the way but i already know where i went wrong, so i shall correct said mistakes for next time lol) and i had also never made meringue before. it was... somethin. 😅 i make uhmayzing élcairs from scratch. like i'm talkin gorrrgeous choux.. suuumptuous, silky crème pât... but nothin prepared me for pie crust & meringue. baybeeee it was a wild ride. 🤣 but hubs loved it & i had a good time learnin new stuffs, which i guess is all that matters. i adored your "first" podcast with e jean. it was so obvious that she was havin a ball with you, and i felt like the three of us were bffs, just kickin it. thank you for sharin your time with us. it was so fun! 🫶🏽💙
